I'd suggest taking the CSM and cultists naked

give your DP the black mace.You only want to give a flying DP the brand of skala if you already have 3 heldrakes

redundancy is key in CSM heavy support. Don't take 3 different units, take for example, two Forgefiends and if you need more heavy support, take something like 3 obliterators or a havoc squad, something that can stand by itself.

warp talons are just not worth the points. take another heldrake for more ap3 if you want it

helbrutes are poor units for games above 1000 points, i hate to say. If you really want one in a game thats larger than 1000 points, give him a reaper AC and a Missile Launcher and make him your rhino popper and other misc light fire support

I havent seen chosen do anything better than anyone else. Only take them if you can as troop choices, with Abby as your Warlord.

Every unit in every squad must have a purpose. I see a MSU list here with very little mobility, and focus

Along the same lines as above, you are all over the place. For example, melta and missiles don't mix. One is out of range if you camp, and the other is snap fired if you don't. I recommend picking one thing you really want to do well, and saturate the field with threats that do that. If you want to be close combat take mostly close combat with some ranged support for AT and the like. Conversely if you want to be shooty keep the missile launcher and maybe lose the bezerkers. Keep some cultists for a tarpit if need a turn to get some moer guns to bear on a close threat.

Based on the loadouts, I imagine you bought the DV box and thats why you have LC on chosen. Truly, unless you have an opponent that wants to get into close combat, they are wastes of points putting power weapons on them (and some might say a waste in general, although they have their uses).

Your cultists are going to die so easily. Buff em up to about 20-30 bodies so they can actually survive and make a dent in the battlefield.
Your CC units are footslogging and will die really easily. I would switch them for more shooty units. CSM with infantry killing weapons such as plasmas. More terminators or rhinos
