Down to 7 pods, but the infantry count jumps up to 59 models (up from 47), 11 of which are in TDA, and the melee potential is noticeably improved with more bodies, fists, and power axes. I feel like the larger squads are more survivable, but I lose out on target saturation with an additional unit on the drop compared to the original list.

Downsides IMO are earlier exposure of scoring units (this requires 1/2 my troops units on the board turn 1, the other list on requires 2 units out of 6) and the dreads aren't in the picture anymore, but they aren't likely to survive long as the only threatening armor on the board. Also, at this point the RP has to go with the WG, losing a bit of tactical flexibility.

As always, feedback/constructive-criticism is welcomed and appreciated.

i think its ok i find the kit on the wg a bit random, also i d recommend giving the rune priest runic armour, he aint going to use the storm bolter, and you could then put a wolf guard with him.

For 1850 points its not very adventurous, no real anti amour or anti heavy infantry. For a tournament list i don't think its very good

if i were you I'd look through the codex instead of just spamming

i run alot of wolf pods..

and this list is not terrible i have actually ran one similar. Id say drop all plasma, not worth it, grab meltas and flamers and drop your pods smart, also NO TERM armour.. not worth the points to roll a 1 and loose that expensive model. just bring a normal wolf gaurd if you must with a combi, or even better no WG and run that 10 greys with 2 special weapons, or run ALL wg no termy armour, all with combi meltas and or flamers. only termy in a wg drop pod list would be logan and if you want to have fun throw in Arjac :-p i enjoy my WG pod lists.

good luck to you mate!
