Tactics should be pretty obvious.

Lone Wolf and Long Fangs hide behind ADL
DC and bare priest in Storm Raven
Jump priests join assault squads and run up the board with Mephiston to smash tanks and assault things
Rune Priest goes in the rhino with Grey Hunters to claim midfield

the lone wolf never hides, he just bum rushes the enemy, and dies. or, is ignored and kils the hell out of something.

if your putting that many points into DC, go ahead and spend the 50-60 for 2 PF/TH respectively. it adds a HUGE amount of "punch" to them.

I really just made this for fun. Funny enough I have almost all the models.

Lone Wolves make awesome gunners. One model, 2+/5++, FnP, 2W, BS5 and EW.

But I might just lose him and have the Long Fangs Pack leader man the gun.

Then I could afford some toys for the DC. But I already spent 450 pts on them. Bumping it up to 500 for a unit that won't do as much or survive as long as Terminators doesn't make sense in my head.

He is a boss, speaking of, ran him in an apoc game with some custom special rules, wound up getting sons of the primarch (mephy counted as a FMC ) and IC, AAANNNDDD had EW, as well as a 4++ due to dark angels shenanigans, was a small apoc game w/ only one garg. MC on the nids attacking side though, just tons of modes, over all about 20k points were fielded and about 18k was killed, space marine (blood angel/spacewolf vs nids oddly enough) victory!!

Dude that's awesome man! Did you do a batrep? I'd love to see that. If you didn't get to video it, did you take pictures? If you haven't already wrote one, you should get on that

I don't have any sadly, :( but 2 other the guys (one that hosted it) took some vids, mostly just overviews of the turns. the nid player took some pics and I may can get from him. so look around and you -might- see it, if not I will see if they can send me to stuff to put it up, but. imagine, a gaint death blob of ALL EW HQs, mephy, azreal, (some SoB that came in later in the day) logan, beorn, the pysker hq for SW, stormcaller? w/ elites units with them it was awesome, unfortunately we had to end it a turn early :(

Why are you running a sang priest with death co?
