So I think I've come to this as my final list:

Khan on Bike
Chapter Master with Thunder Hammer, Shield Eternal, Bike, Artificer Armor
Commander with CC Node, Neurochip, MSSS, Iridium Armor
Command Squad with Bikes, x4 Grav Guns, Apothecary, x3 Meltabombs

x10 Kroot with Kroot Hound
x10 Kroot with Kroot Hound
x5 Tactical Marines with Plas, Combi-Plas, Rhino
x5 Bikes with x2 Melta, Combi-Melta, MM Attack Bike

Riptide with EWO, Skyfire, Ion, Fusion

Stormraven
TFC
TFC

The Commander will either join the Riptide or the Command Squad + Khan + CM based on the match. The Command Squad and attached ICs will shoot forward during the scout move, backed up by the Bikes and small Tac squad and will handle whatever unit my opponent has that is the most threatening to me. On the second turn (or first if I'm going second) the command squad will probably start multi-assaulting, attempting to avoid getting shot by staying stuck in combat. Of course, they can Hit and Run out of combat when my turn rolls back around. I also have the utility of the Orbital Bombardment at one point, assisted by the Commanders wide range of buffs. The TFCs have been phenomenal for handling key threats and pinning units. I really need both the SR and the Riptide to handle lists like the flying MC Daemons that are currently top tier armies. With those 2 combined, I've had no problem downing them thus far.

Any thoughts? Has anyone been playing similar lists?
