I could swap out the company master with azreal and take a normal command squad kitted out for melee over the DW squad. thoughts on that?

Raider spam is rock paper scissors thing. I do think you might be better off with 3 instead of 4; but ensuring you have a couple PFGs in there for the 4++. Libby on a bike with one, techmarine on a bike with one as well. Also, company masters are terrible.

Rule #1 is Look Cool.

and Idk, the company master certainly is not awe inspiring, but I wouldn't say he is terrible. (kinda need him for the DW command squad..)

The Twilight Zone

You can unlock deathwing command squads with a libby in terminator armor. At 2k, you could take 2 libbies with PFG's and 2 techmarines with servo harnesses and PFG's in your 4 crusaders. This would make them one hell of a tough nut to crack. Then put a full tac squad in each. Low model count, but very tough. No long range shooting and gimmicky, but tough.

The most important rule of 40K-Page XVII of the 6th edition rulebook, the figure at the top right of the page. "Shake hands with your opponent and thank them for a good battle and fun experience." Then go out for a beer.

If you read the errata, you don't have to pay for the deathwing upgrade. You can still use it as a dedidcated transport though.

Its pretty much an auto-lose if you come up against a competent player with decent luck against either type of Eldar if they have a couple of lance weapons but otherwise I can imagine this list would be pretty good if you can find someone willing to play double force org.

Not to derail the thread, but isn't double force org the standard at 2,000 points? Are people having trouble finding games using core rules from the rulebook? I've never had an issue with finding DFO games at 2k here - it's implied at that points level.

Anyway, I do like the list. I think having 4 PFGs would help quite a bit, thought. 2 Techmarines w/ PFG, 2 Characters w/ PFG, 3 5-man tac squads, and a power armored command squad should fit snugly into 2K.

Alternatively you could run a Ravenwing Command Squad and hide them behind the raiders. You would want two characters with Artificer Armor and Storm Shields in the unit but then you would get better PFG and Banner coverage.

Playing against a couple of lances is not an autolose! Lots of lances maybe. But only a few and you are still ok. Plus if they dont tailor to your list, who brings lots of lances anyway? Its melta you want to be terrified of!

for 10 points you can trade the SS for a displacer field. Same save but with the extra attack with some fun added stuff.

Most tournaments and people far prefer what's widely known as 1999+1 because as many believe Double Force Org is said to unbalance the game and open pathways to way too much abuse. Noone wants to play that one guy that fields 14~ Vendettas or 12 Venoms in troops alone in open gaming environments.
