Borden

So i switch between armies alot and like spacemarine, and chaos but find both of them in fluff to be donkey-caves. So i decided to make my own chapter/fluff that says feth you to both the imperium of man and to the dark chaos gods. They accept anyone and tend to cleanse chaos from their realm. In war they do use some chaos with slight mutations but nothing too extreme, the government is elected, and the citizens are "free". The paint collars are ultra blue, blood red, and black. They are lead by jack a company master(chaos lord) who disliked what was going on in the world and claimed a solar system with 2 planets for himself. He uses a jump pack. Their are many weird creatures on these planets and some ancient artifacts that can cleanse chaos. The artefacts are currently being attempted recreation but with little success. Technology is slowly advancing as the population settles and grows. The chapter name is the fallen angels(Night angels). They use fear and stealth tactics when fighting as well as speed to lesson the amount of people who must die for their cause. Fanatics and captured slaves are used in combat to rush the enemy, upon claiming enough enemies they can by displaying trust and honour ascend to the class of citizen. ( slavery is not liked but used as a last resort and a way for criminals to pay their debts)

Army wide rules-All units have the fear and fearless special rules, ( if they number 10 or more.)

Warlord Trait[/u]
1- veteran- D3 units gain the infiltrate special rule
2- Planned strike- For 1 turn all models can re-roll 1 failed to hit or to wound/pen roll.
3- Last resort- all models can move an additional 2d6 in the movement phase for 1 turn ( only if moving closer to the enemy)
4- Planned Assault- re-roll failed charges for 1 turn
5- Terror Tactics- All units within 24" of a modle suffer from fear and must take the leadership test for 1 complete game turn at the start of the movement phase.
6- Devastating speed- All jump infantry gain an additional 1" of movement in the movement phase, shooting phase, and assaulting phase of the game.

Special rules-[/u]
Blade master- Rending on 5's for melee, re-roll all failed to hit, wound, and saved in melee.
Blessed faith- 1+ to all Invulnerable saves taken for this model and any group that he is in, does not stack with itself. If no invulnerable save it becomes a 6++.
Cheat death- on a 5+ resurrect in 5d6 of death marker(per model) if failed the model is permanently dead. DO the save at the end of the turn in which the model died.
conjure power- For each psyche in his group this character gains an additional master level but must pass all psychic tests from this point on with a -1 penalty for each additional power
Demonic aura- 5+ invulnerable save.
Flammable- take 2x the number of wounds(after rolling to wound) from flamers.
Holy worship- 5 ++ save when the models number 10 or more.
Immunity- Cannot be affected by the warp and is does not take a wound from perils.
Rust- choose a unit subtype(tank, jump pack, flyer, monsterous creature, infantry...) randomly select an enemy unit. The unit looses 1 save, 1 ap on all weapons, 1 strengh, 1 toughness, 1 - av, d3" of movement, 6" of range on all firearms, max 1 use of rust in a game (per player). must be within 24" of model if it is on the board to sabotage.
Sabotage(terrain) -2 to that terrains cover save. ( -1 if fortification)
Vanish- At the end of turn models may enter reserve, they return on a 5+ the following turn from the players board edge. (1 use only)


War gear-
Bionic Artificer armor- Gives a 2+ save and +1 strength/Toughness. (given to commander Jack-his body is human and the suit juices him up to be able to compete with marines. - - Experimental.
Disguise- Enemies must pass a morale test to shoot at, assault, or cause any type of damage to the unit that posses this disguise. If passed the unit may proceed as normal.
First aid kit- Unit with this has the Feel no pain special rule.
Radar Jammer- -/+ 1 to opponent reserve rolls. (players choice)
Range Finders- Ignore cover saves
Ruby of the blind- + 1 psychic mastery level, and may roll 2 powers on a chosen table from the Rule book.
Sky field- 2+ invulnerable save against flyers.
Symbol of hope- 4+ invulnerable save

Reaper claws- shred. Rending, specialist.

Can purchase a ruby of the blind for 30 pts, and a jump pack for 15 pts. may take bionic artificer armour for an additional 20 pts, may take a pw for 15 pts, Power fist for 25, storm shield for 15. Plasma pistol for 15 pts, and halo flamer for 20 points. terminator armor for 40 pts, reaping claws for 20 pts.
Special rules- infiltrate, fear, fearless, night fiend, Independent character, Stealth, demonic aura

Special rules- Stealth, Immunity, - may infiltrate for 10 points,conjure power

Special rules- psychic mastery level 1, demonic aura, stealth, may buy infiltrate for 5 points.
