Any chance (as the momentum grows) that we can have a forum opened for pre heresy discussions?

currently i have to dip in and out of other forums and it cant always look too good for traffic when it can all be diverted to Dakka?

I'm not asking for an army list section - just one main forum. The 30k side of gaming is just coming out of crawling and just starting to find its feet. Can dakka be part of that coffee table that this 30k toddler can hold on to for some support?

To paraphrase the usual reasoning, is they would rather too few forums than too few, yada yada, too many can dilute the traffic into non-existence and so on.

Yeah this is unlikely to happen. It's just not nearly popular enough yet to gets it's on sub-forum.

Besides the usual too few active threads, and diverting traffic response, fundamentally what is different about 30k that would make it pointless to keep in the 40k thread(s)?

The 40k General Discussion and Background forums discuss the heresy from a fluff point of view, what if scenarios, and all manner of things that don't actually pertain to Warhammer 40,000 6th Edition, but pertain to the Warhammer 40,000 universe, of which 30k games are a part of.

Correct Alf, there is no need for a separate forum for 30k topics.
