My links below are all UK/ EU which might be a bit pricier/ slower to get in the USA, but I can recommend the product and service for all the UK ones below (Micro Art I can recommend the product but bought them in person at a show rather than by mail, so can't speak to their service there).
There will probably be cheaper and quicker US based bases, but most of these are fairly cheap to start with, so even double postage wouldn't make them outrageous.
