Also, the lighting is cool but the model is a biological organism. Not just a machine or helmet visor like most people use it for, consider maybe putting a translucent bead or something in the eye socket to give it an iris maybe? Could be cool, just a suggestion, I have never done any lighting.

That actually is fiber optics feeding the light from the LED at the base of the neck, I was hoping (falsely as it now appears) that some of the light would bleed off giving it more of a "glow" as opposed to the blazing right red. I've got a 2nd kit and I'm gonna try something different for the next one, but I'm not totally sure how to go about it. I'm going to try doing a clear resin pour with a partial mold for the eyes and then diffuse the light through the whole of the resin. Just not exactly sure how to do a mold for the eyes.
