Could work for the torso! Metal is hard to work with though

What about an old plastic warlord titan from Epic? They even have the nice curved carapace.

You're thinking of Knight Titans, and they're too small being roughly Terminator sized.

The Warlord Titans have a boxy shell and go for silly prices on Ebay.
