I am having a warband that fights under the banner ofthe black legion. Their colour scheme is black main body gold trim and turquoise eys and bolter. Any horns are bone colour. They are dedicated to Tzeentch and their lord is called Shaarth and his Sorcerer is called Raknoth. Any ideas? They are a fairly small warband but not as small as the son of the cyclops.

Something like "Shaarth's reavers?" I know it seems formulaic, but it's simple and to the point...

Perhaps something like "Sons of Change", "Scions of the Changer" some combination of that?

Black Legion, Horus was their Primarch. Tzeetnch rewards his followers who please him with a third eye.

I tend to stay away from Horus names. For me Horus was just a guy with a big pointy stick! (The big pointy stick being the traitor legions)

Eyes of Horus is really a brilliant name.

Well, fluff would depend on how you imagine your army. Is it remnant of one of the companies of the Legion? Is it a single ex-Black Legion gathering warriors of all colors under his banner? A simple squad sergeant who took the opportunity to wrest control from a commander during the splintering of the legion? Perhaps he orchestrated some great betrayal and usurped the command of another warband? With or without the help of his sorcerer? Maybe his sorcerer guides him to find members of his old Sons of Horus company hidden in other warbands in an attempt to return to his former company's glory? Maybe even a simple Corsair, he could've looted an armoury of the Legion when it splintered, sailed into the eye of terror with his comrades, and settled a daemon world?

You can pick any direction and run with it. Personally, fluff is half the reason to play the game for me, I'd be happy to help flesh it out if you give me an idea of what you're going for.

Also, for Ex-Black Legion, my roommate named his the Ebonwraiths. Black armour, brass trim, glossy black power weapons. Pretty cool.

Kyle, the most feared of all warbands

OK. A bit of background to work with. They specialize in stealth ops. Sending out MSU's that stay in cover and melt into shadow using their black armor. They also like to utilize specially trained cultists to scout ahead and route themselves behind enemy lines (Stormtroopers! [IG allies{Why wouldn't I???}]).
