I'm going to play my friend tomorrow and he told me to make a TAC army against one of his. He's bringing one of the three there (probably!) So i tried to make a list that would be decent against what he has. We are shooting for 1500 and this hits it on the mark.

I've run with a similar set up before against his IG and liked how it performed. Some of this is really just a test to see how well it will do.

I've never used the HBC profile before, so i'd like to at least give it a shot (sorry). He is also using the ATS, which will hopefully give him a few precision shots along with the rending he will do on the nova. This way i can pick out some of his special weapons troops that he likes to hide in his blobs.

The crisis team with the marker drones have worked really well against IG, and I want to use that set up a little more and see if i like it.

The broadsides have FnP, which is odd yea? But i lost them to unlucky cannon fire in our last game, so a little 5+ wouldn't hurt i suppose. It'll certainly make them a pain in the ass to kill. If it doesn't work i'll probably scrap it.

I've got my single suit FB guy to get any vehicles i can't reach or miss. He is also from the Farsight Codex, so he's a troop!

Same goes for the other team. I figure i would want a high volume of shots against either of the three codex. One that can for sure remove models if they hit, and one to just add shots.

I should say my only weakness are flyers. Although, the HYMP pumps out a large amount of shots, and on average 1 or 2 wounds could come from it. He doesn't have too many flyers, so i do not expect a spam show.

I also lack a lot of AP3 and AP2 weapons, but the volume of shots i have here, plus the plethora of S7 should put a lot of wounds on those tough to kill models.

All in all, i am pretty happy with this list. If i end up changing anything, it will probably be dropping the stim on the broadsides and putting in some drones for morale and extra wound purposes.
