So one of the big tourneys of the year is coming up in 2 months, 1995pts so heres my 5 cents.. Havent really played since 4th ed. so all advice I can get is appreciated.

HQ:

Faithweaver

Khorne Herald on Jugger, Grimoire

Khorne Herald on Jugger, Portaglyph

Troops:

11 Horrors
11 Horrors
11 Horrors
11 Horrors

Fast Attack:

15 Fleshhounds

15 Fleshhounds

8 Screamers

Heavy Support:

Soulgrinder of Tzeentch
Phlegm

Soulgrinder of Tzeentch
Phlegm

So the basic idea is sticking the heralds with fleshhounds, scout, drop portaglyph behind some cover and then charge on turn 2. Screamers boost across the board slashing on the way and then start eating their way back. Soulgrinders keep the line. Horrors are for fleshing out the army, providing some Flickering fire and trying to claim objectives.

All thoughts are welcome!

If you're playing a tournament and want to play to win, there are two lists that are dominating right now for daemons.

Flying Monstrous Creature List "The Flying Circus"
Be'Lakor
FateWeaver
11 pink horrors
11 pink horrors
3 daemon princes of tzeentch with some mastery levels and rewards

Screamer Star List
FateWeaver
4 heralds of tzeentch on disks of Tzeentch with some additional mastery levels and rewards and one holds the grimoire of true names
9 Screamers (All four heralds join this squad and use the Grimoire on it to give the screamers a 2++ rerollable save, and with all the divination re-rolls they dish out tons of damage while taking none)
11 pink horrors
11 pink horrors
2 or 3 daemon princes of tzeentch with some stuff or pretty naked (2 if you kit them out, 3 if you take them barish)

Basically the Portaglyph really opens up the daemons to not take many troops because they can spawn them and then late game grab objectives. Those points can be used to take lots of scary stuff.

Changerofways is correct.

Another flying circus build is:

Fateweaver
Keeper (to unlock slaanesh princes)
10 horrors
14-16 daemonettes
2-3 slaanesh princes (one with grimoire, one with portalglyph)

I am aware of most of the popular builds, however Screamerstar is not my thing. Im à bit more layed back in my gaming than that.

Sen the circus build before but how are you supposed to play it.?

Straight up and you are grounded and killed of very fast.

Yeah you just move them up the field. 2 might die moving up, but then you still have 3 FMCs make it, which is 1000 points of offensive power.

Its meta. It works. As long as your opponent doesn't have 200 guardsmen, you should be fine.

Considering the Slaneesh circus build, one Whip each and moving up, vectorstrike, whip and then psychic scream?

Toyed around with the idea of Slaneesh Circus-ish build, im keen on using a few of the units i already have as not to spend huge amounts of cash:

Kairos
Keeper of Secrets

11 Horrors
11 Horrors

15 Fleshhounds
9 Screamers

3 Slaneesh Prince's, armour/wings, psychic 1, Lash of Despair. Grimoire and Portal

Maybe not the proper hardcore Circus-build but I think it could work. Every unit is very fast and starts eating away at opponents on turn 2.
