So white scar tactics of course. Kor'Sarro Khan and the captain both deployed in separate bike units and dreadnought and techmarine (including servitors) deployed in stormraven gunship.
The idea is to flat out with the stormraven allowing turn 2 dread-drop sowing havoc and confusion, the stormraven then does as storm ravens do and blows things up with the help of extra armour to shake off stunned/ shaken results and techmarine to restore hull points (note the servo harness and three servitors gives a +4 to repair rolls so even on a roll of 1 a hull point is restored). The bike squads and rhino are self explanatory.
Ideas, improvements, deductions, comments all welcome. I'm a Necron player primarily and aside from fighting space marines have no experience with them; I'm just playing around with the codex.

It's a bit confused, your using white scars storm ravens and dreadnoughts. If you want mass dreads go iron hands, I if you want bikes go white scars. I dobt know what your really doing with this list.

Karsoh khan ain't that good,
Your captain ain't that good either,
I don't really like storm ravens too unpredictable as you don't know when they come in

well the list started when i noticed dreads could ride in storm ravens but i wanted to keep the ravens alive long enough to do something so i figured id stick some techmarines in there for survivability. the rest was just filling. bikes so i could have some speed and maneuverability and the rihnos to objective camp.

really all i want to keep is the raven comb what do you think i should change

Okay...
I'd say, go full Iron Hands. Dreads and Ravens (+ Rhinos) are more survivable with IWND and all other guys gains FnP 6+, which has saved lots of marines from me in tight situations.
Drop both HQs and go a MoTF, drop the Techmarines, since they will die a fiery Death if/when the Ravens crash.
Keep the Bikes (with FnP!) and the Tacticals, and for the Points you saved on the Techmarines, get an extra tac squad to get your scoring up (since bikes aren't scoring now).
And I'd skip the Storm Bolter on the Tacticals, take a combi-weapon instead, plasma is good or flamers in case of hordes.
Also, skip the extra armour on the Dreads and ravens, just a Point drain. Might be that you can skip venerable as well.
Personally, I'd drop the Hurricane Bolters on the Ravens, they cost alot and you already have lots of anti-infantry.

Not sure about the Points, don't have the book with me.
But I'd suggest:

Master of the Forge - Combi-Weapon?

Dreadnought - Assault Cannon, Heavy Flamer

Dreadnought - Assault Cannon, Heavy Flamer

Tactical Squad - Heavy Bolter, Combi-Flamer, (you might want to add extra marines for survivability)
+ Rhino

Bike Squad - Grav-Gun, +2 guys (maybe add an attack bike?)

Stormraven -TL MM, TL LC

Your main concern would be in Close combat, you dreads are OK, but you might need some extra punch.
I'm not sure about the Points, but maybe you can add a unit of Assault Terminators to ride in one of the Ravens?

Looks solid and includes the elements you wanted. I'd actually drop one termie-squad in favour of the bikes from the previous list, they add some support for the air-dropping units and are good for contesting.

You got a few Scoring units that can camp on objectives. A good punch in melee, anti-tank and air support. Should be fine I think. Only big problem is that the birds might not come in until late game, meaning your guys on the ground needs to sit tight until the part of your army that hurts (birds + termies and dreads) arrives. That's another reason why you should add the bikes instead of second termies, as they give you more units on the field from the start.

Also, you can't post the individual points for each upgrade, instead post the total points for each squad. Dakka-rules.

Tactically probably a good idea but I have this thing about symmetry and if I took the Terminators out if one storm raven I'd have to take them out of the other or I'd freak out =P
Yeah I know its weird

Sorry I forgot about the rules on points, I took them out in the original list
