List looks ok.
Keeper of secrets is a good
HQ choice, just be careful, as he is more vulnerable than a flying
HQ.
Troops are good, consider a portal glyph in non kill points games.
10 seekers....not sure about this. When supported seekers can be a great unit. However they normally require a herald with moves through cover and the grimoire, otherwise they are simply more expensive daemonettes when it comes to durability.
Soul grinders are cool, run 2 and they will put a good amount of pressure on almost any opponent.
Chariots.......no. I want to like them, and make use of them, but they are just so vulnerable. Because they lack a weapon, and are open topped, a penetrating shooting hit will effectively put a chariot out of play on a 3+ (either through immobilization or destroying it).
I'd take off the seekers and the chariots. This will give you 200 points. With these I would go for either another
KoS or soul grinder (target saturation is the name of the game), and this will leave you with 30 points left for either a portalglyph or grimoire.

This is a pretty horrible list, I'm sorry. Over half of your points in
HQ for a 1000 points game is already a gamble, but those heralds really do not pull their weight. Each one costs as much as 8 daemonettes or more but adds very little to the army.
This list has only has 47 T3 5++ wounds on the table, + the
KoS. This will not last long against a gunline.
Why do you take so many etherblades? For other daemon choices they are a good pick. However because daemonettes already have rending, and will be wounding most things on a 5+ most of the time, they actually gain much less from the etherblades than other daemons would. Daemonettes do not have trouble with terminators, like other options like bloodletters would.
You have 100 points alone in this list on character upgrades and etherblades, this could be used for 11 more daemonettes instead.
I'd give the
KoS some upgrades to help keep him alive, and possibly add another one instead of the heralds. Keep the mounted one to help the seekers. Consider using a grimoire to help keep them alive.
