This list seems quite disjointed. Why do you need spawn; as a distraction? And the MoN and autoguns on the cultists, really a waste. Take the spell familiar and Mastery Level off of the DP; I never give my DPs mastery levels, the fact that taking a god power is compulsory is a pain in the arse. The warpsmith is absolutely pointless too, as there's nothing really to try and repair. Replace it with a biker lord with MoN, SoC and power axe, and stick it with the Spawn. Replace all troops with as many Plague Mariens as possible.

I second a lot of what the previous poster said.
The spell familiar isn't even worth considering unless your prince is ML 3, and even then isn't always a good option. If you're only taking one Daemon Prince, he'll probably get shot down, so don't make him too expensive. Just take what you need (wings, armor, maybe black mace)
The warpsmith has no synergy with anything. Get rid of him or add something that likes to sit and fire at a mid range where it will be taking fire and needs to be repaired. The seige aspect of the Warpsmith is an extra, you bring him for the repair.
Cultists are much, much better in CC than shooting. I'd much rather bring an extra cultist than 4 autoguns. Marks on cultits aren't usually the best either.
It takes 7 bolter shots to kill 3 naked cultists, and 6 bolter shots to kill 2 cultists with MoN. Both are 12 points, but the 3 take one more shot to kill, are more resistant to taking moral checks because there are more of them, and they have more firepower! Do not take marks or autoguns on cultists if you want to be point efficient.
Why not take Plague Marines instead of CSM with MoN? They are tougher for their points. Give them rhinos.
Obliterators and heldrakes are great. Nothing wrong with them.
If you want an all purpose terminator squad, which i wouldn't reccomend, why not take typhus and make those cultists zombies?
also, split ur oblits into 3 groups of 2.
Might I suggest:

5 Terminators of Nurgle- Reaper AC, 2 Chainfists, 3 Power axes, 4 combi-plasmas
7 Plague Marines- rhino, 2 plasma guns

A Warpsmith with no vehicles? Spawn with no delivery system (read land Raider) nor leader to guide them in outflanks? And no Mark on them?
And this looks like 1500, not 2K like it says at the top. Maybe I missed something.
