Can anyone comment on the quality of puppetswar models and bits? I've been looking and I just want some buyer reviews before I spend the money

I picked up a bunch of the Plague Korps for use as plague zombies. I really like the figures. Shipping takes a while to the states, but otherwise it was a smooth transaction.

One word of caution, I had a component missing from my order (I ordered some bikes and none of them had handlebars) and it took several months and several increasingly strongly worded emails to get the replacements.

In their defence, they never failed to respond, and when the replacements arrived, I got a whole bunch of free stuff, so on balance, I'd use them again, but only if they did something I really had to have.

They just released a stone golem model that I think is superb, and have several bits I'd like to use on space marines and a dreadnought, But I'm hesitant to just make my first purchase from a company for over a 100 dollars.

Have made two orders from them (in the $30-40 range) both times I got beautiful kits and some extras. I highly recommend them as long as you are not in a huge rush as shipping takes a while. This is more a feature of the Polish postal system than anything to do with PW though

I've ordered quire a few things from them. They do make mistakes, but definately make it up to you with free bits if they do. Their stuff is not perfect, so be ready to fill some little bubbles, but overall they are competent and they dohave sone lovely sculpts. I'd defi ately buy from them again.

I haven't ordered anything for a while, when I did the quality was quite good. Some air bubbles to fil and mold slippage to file, but no worse than you can get from Forgeworld kits sometimes.

They did go through a really, really awful phase several months ago and the negative feedback made them abandon their thread in News & Rumours. More recently a lot of their old product line has disappeared or been replaced with newer casts and the feedback in the N&R thread has been pretty positive.

So, on balance it should be worthwhile, but maybe start off with a small order.

I ordered some heads from them, and there were more than enough for what I needed, but there were several with bubbles and excess pieces on them that really messed with the detail in some places. It took some green stuffing to fill in holes and sculpt some of the detail back on. I'm not sure if this is something that happens often with them, but yeah, something to consider.

How long has the shipping taken in everyone else's experience? I ordered my miniatures back in December, and they were shipped on the 10th of January... the tracking number seems worthless and I still have no idea when they may arrive.
