So the aspect warriors, such as warp spiders and howling banshees, do they take on the colors of the craftworld they are on or do they have specific colors for their shrine?

HAHAHAHAHA-NO

Shrine colors with craftworld marks/banners maybe?

I am obviously a genius. Wether good or evil, well, that all depends on what I had for breakfast.

The Aspects each have their own heraldic colours. However seeing as each crqftworld has numerous shrines of each Aspect, they would run out of combinations at some point. Fundamentally they are your models and you can paint them how you like. Its easy to have a Craftworls where the Aspect shrines use variants of the craftworld colours with maybe a couple of details in the Aspect colours.

Yeah i understand that, but when i have decided on a "fluff" based army i try and have everything as close as i can. I know i'm a bit weird lol.

But the fluff can allow for Aspect shrines painted in any colour you like. The standard heraldry is more of a guideline than a rule. GW have published aspect warriors in all sorts of colours in the past. Banshees in red and fire dragons in black being 2 that I recall being particularly striking.
