First go at painting some of my tyranids. This is my overall colour scheme I still need to get some vallejo lime green for details like tongues and possibly the slits along the arms and such. Still a WIP just wanted some comments and advice.

Not bad for some first tyranids the green with purple work well together. You could try adding some highlights on the green carapace; perhaps try looking up feathering which is an often used effect on tyranid carapaces and looks good.

I am wanting to do some feathering im just not shure what colours to use that would work well with what ive got. though feathering all my gribblies seems like it would be a chore and a half so I may just save it for my bigger bugs.
