So I play some miniature games that are rather heavy on the tokenside (Warmachine/Hordes).

What I have done previously is to buy some official token sets, but I paint models differently so colours don't match. And then I bought a token set where the colours match, but then they naturally got symbols for other armies.

So does anyone know about some generic tokens that are sold in a variety of standard colours? Preferably partially see-through and in different shapes and sizes.

And most importantly: one type of tokens must be stackable! Having a model with a bunch of tokens of the same type is not easy without stackable tokens. I really like how Privateer Press tokens stack, so are there anything similar?

Is there anywhere where you can get customized tokens? I don't mean just 'oh, you pick the word that goes on it,' but where you can get tokens with your own symbol/design on them?

That's for the OP, yeah? Any idea where to get ones that you can get your own design on? Litko just lets you select from some pre-chosen shapes and then put whatever text on them you want. I kinda figured this was in the same vein, but I can start a new thread if it's a different enough question...

Find a guy with a laser cutter and hand him a sheet of plastic and the SVG file that you want "printed". Depending on trendy the area near you is, see it's called a Makerspace.

I just pastic crystal thingies from 100yen shop (they are usually used for enhancing a fish-tank).

I think Advanced Deployment is probably what you are looking for. They have a variety of options. They do have premade sets for warmachine and hordes that you can get in 17 different colors. I have never ordered anything from there personally but others locally have. I have heard that they have gotten back logged before and it took awhile for them to catch up.

For warmachine this is one is nice. Link. It doesn't have focus and spell tokens as much as other stuff.

As far as stackable, I don't know personally if they have anything like that.

Check out Muse on Minis. The store has a bunch of non-army specific tokens for a lot of the different effects, available in a variety of colors, and more stuff is coming.

I really liked what I saw at fantasy flight games even though tokens were in limited choice for colours.

I have some products from Advanced Deployment, they are really super good at what they do.

By my biggest wish is to have stackable tokens. The way PP focus/fury tokens stack is just magnificent. Are there no other tokens that do this?

If there are no stackable replacement, I am tempted to go for the fantasy flight tokens.

And I'm also very interested in the custom tokens with text! So awesome for all the effects in Warmachine & Hordes.

I hate the stacking Focus/Fury tokens that PP makes. It's makes it pretty well impossible to tell how much a Focus/Fury is on someone at a glance.

Why am I just finding out about the Custom20? That's the coolest thing I've seen since Kate Upton in Zero Gravity.
