1850 on the dot. Can this compete with hyper competitive lists?

I really don't know if this can compete with any of the Hypercomp lists, triptide, serpent spam, screamerstar all that jazz, but I do know you overcosted the Comms Relay by 5 points ;p

I would take those five points, drop the Vindicare and buy something else shooty and tough. Psyfleman Dread behind the ADL or a 5 man GKSS in a Razorback with Heavy Psybolter both sound good. Especially since you have one (singular) immolator which will die a horrible horrible death. I'd recommend taking more AV targets to make your opponent choose. Play the target priority game. It's fun and it can potentially win you games. Does he leave the deadly melta squad and their immolator alive or does he leave the scoring unit racing towards his objective alive? (or the durable fire platform taking down his tanks and air support if you choose the dreadnought)

Also, plasma cannons are cool, but I'd recommend Multi meltas in the servitors because you can sit in the middle of the field and "I've been expecting you" any tanks or fliers that come on from reserve. I'm not sure if they're cheaper or not? Just a suggestion

Oh and I would find the points to turn your SR into a "Psybolt gunship" with Psybolt ammunition, Hurricane Bolters and Assault Cannon instead of the Lascannon. You make better use of the Mind strike missiles, Power of the Machine Spirit and you bring lots of nifty firepower on your storm raven that no other Codex can

I would drop the Vindicare to beef out your troops. The 5 girl sister squads are just easy KP. They need vehicles or something.

Also, get a better Sisters HQ. Jacobus isn't that much more expensive and is 100% better. You might think of upgrading the ADL to a bastion to hide Coteaz and the PC servitors in too.

Celestine or Jacobus are both massively better than a Canonnes, for hardly any more points.

I get your concerns about the immolator, but it will be outflanking most of the time. I like the plasma cannons for killing infantry more than taking a chance and seeing if I can hit fliers when they come in, but I never thought of that tactic. It's an interesting way to use him. I wanted to add side sponson bolters with psy ammo, but I'm using the storm raven for a sure fire way to kill other fliers. Not for much else out of it.

Is the vindicare just not good at all? I thought he would be good at targeting the buffmander or chapter master with eternal shield, since his shots can't be LoS per FaQ. The girls are meant to just be used for long range fire power, and will hopefully stay away from big threats. I know they aren't all that durable, but I'll hide them best I can and keep them within the canoness 12" fearless bubble. If I had 30 pts to spare I would upgrade her to Jacobus. However, even though she is outclassed massively she is noticeably cheaper and gives the fearless bubble I need to keep those 5 man sisters from breaking.
