Tactics: drop 10 man sternguard to pop some expensive tank, and ruin a day to tarpits while chapter master, chaplain and command squad flat out along the bikes and tacticals in a rhino while scouts would sit on objectives in my deployment zone and well... snipe people

Drop the combi-flamers and add a drop pod to the tactical squad.

I'd also drop the Vindi and add a TFC, since the thing is pretty amazing and murder for all xenos infantry, which includes Eldar and Tau. And take the Shield-Eternal for your CM. Without it, one S10 hit is all it takes.

ok, i can agree on combi flamers, but gorgon's chain is a beast(better shield eternal that DOESN'T take weapon slot) basically it gives you 3++ eternal warrior and +1 to fnp roll, and if you get 3 on raukaan warlord trait table, you got T5(2+/3++ and 3+ fnp EW 4 wound character)
I still have to get TFC model and bikers... But if i drop vindicator then i can get Drop AND TFC and keep the combi flamers so yeah, it is worth it...

Really? Why don't people take it more often then? Or is it just a Clan Raukaan artifact? Anyway, if it gives you all that, then I'd certainly take it, no matter the points(how much is it, in fact?)

Combi-flamers can be nice, but are a lot of points and your special ammo is ridiculously good already, especially against infantry or MCs. But the flamers can be good too.

A great list either way, can't wait to test my Eldar against it!

Hah, glad you like it but yeah Gorgon's chain is clan raukaan only so people don't take it often because it is for ironhands chaptertactics only oh and its 45 points which is CHEAPER than shield eternal... DERP too bad i don't have bikers, 2nd drop pod and 10 sternguard... All in its time i guess

I just added a librarian lvl2 with force axe on bike instead of chaplain, realized it is lot more viable, especially if i roll an iron arm... With that my already tough nut to crack chapter master might be tougher than wraithknight T8,2+/3++ 3 or 4+ fnp, depending on wl trait and 4 wounds EW... Just in case you get the feel you are gonna get crappy saving throws...
