Just for fun:

A Chaos Space Marine army may take 1-4 Hereteks as a single HQ choice.
45 pts
WS BS S T W I A Ld Sv
Heretek 3 3 3 3 1 3 1 7 3+
Cyber Mutant 2 2 4 4 1 3 2 7 4+

Wargear (Heretek): Power Armour, Autopistol, Power Weapon, Servo Arm, Frag and Krak Grenades

Wargear (Cyber Mutant): Close Combat Weapon, Autopistol

Special Rules (Heretek): Dark Blessing

Special Rules (Cyber Mutant): Feel No Pain (5+)

Options:
Retinue: A Heretek may take a retinue of 1-10 Cyber Mutants for +8 pts each
A Heretek may take additional wargear at the following points costs:
Bolter or Bolt Pistol- +2 pts
Plasma Pistol- +10pts
Needler- +12 pts

Any Cyber Mutant may be given additional wargear for the following points costs:
Shotgun- +1 pt per model
Kai Gun- +4 pts per model

Up to 4 Cyber Mutants may be given the following weapons:
Heavy Stubber- +5 pts per model
Flamer- + 5 pts per model
Meltagun- +10 pts per model
Heavy Bolter- +10 pts per model
Autocannon- +10 pts per model
Plasma Gun- +15 pts per model
Lascannon- +20 pts per model

An entire retinue of Cyber Mutants may be given the following upgrades:
Metal Flesh- + 4 pts per model
Rampage (USR)- +3 pts per model
Relentless (USR)- +3 pts per model

The entire squad (Heretek included) may take one of the following Marks of Chaos:
Mark of Khorne: + 3pts per model
Mark of Tzeentch: +2 pts per model
Mark of Nurgle: +3 pts per model
Mark of Slaanesh: +2 pts per model

Dark Blessing: A Heretek in base contact with a damaged vehicle in the shooting phase may choose to repair the vehicle instead of shooting. Roll a D6. On a roll of 5+ the vehicle regains one hull point. On a result of 6, a vehicle immobilised or weapons destroyed result(determined at random, if more than one is present) is repaired as well. On a roll of 1, something has gone horribly wrong and the Heretek's player must roll on the vehicle damage chart for the vehicle the Heretek was trying to repair. No additional hull points are lost (unless the vehicle is destroyed or explodes). A vehicle may never gain more hull points than it started out with. Multiple Hereteks make multiple Dark Blessing rolls on the same vehicle.

Metal Flesh: A model with Metal Flesh has a 3+ armour save and a 6+ invulnerable save.

Needler: A modified medical tool that has been turned into a deadly weapon, Needlers are popular among Hereteks with an unhealthy interest in biology. Needlers have the following profile:

Range: 18 S: 1 AP: 6 Rapid Fire, Poisoned (4+)

Kai Gun: A Kai Gun is a Bolter that has been modified using the sorcerous engineering of the Dark Mechanicum. It has the following profile:

Range: 24 S: 4 AP: 5 Rapid Fire, Soul Blaze

Cut the special/heavy weapons to 3 or 4 per squad. Nothing should be able to take 10 of any of those.
