Looks solid enough, are your riptides going to deepstrike or just hope they are in range when flyers arive? In my opinion for flyers and FMC's I like the heavy bust cannon. Rending gives it punch vs vehicles and number of shots plus range help it deal with FMC's.

Is your commander by himself? Does he have any guns or just buffington? If so what unit will you be attaching him to?

i will attach him to what seems needed prolly will be sticking with a riptide hes just a buffinton, and im just gonna hope they are in range when stuff comes in plus i have the one suicide suit to deal with a big tank before he dies

List is legal, but lwt me recommend a few things.

1) give your skyrays blacksun filters. They only cost a point and it'll help with a night time alpha strike.

2) you have no markerlights. You can drop one squad of kroot to give your missile suits markerdrones, then attach the support commander to this unit. Trust me, 6 bs 5 markerlights does more for your army than one twin linked and cover ignoring riptide.

3) you don't need two ion accelerator riptides, variety is the key to success. The hbc variant with smart missile system, with proper markerlight support (see above) is incredibly effective against vehicles and infantry depending on nova ability.

4) how often do you plan on playing your riptides in melta range? You risk either not using it all game or putting your riptide in a position to be charged. Consider either sms or plasma on the ion accelerator due to the range of the guns.

5) make at least one riptide part of the farsight detachment and give it the earth caste pilot array (preferably a hbc variant). This upgrade gives a riptide a better chance to get that nova charge off and the rerolls of ones to hit help with the Gets Hot rolls (especially for the hbc)
