Any and all feedback would be great. These are my first three models . Sorry if the pictures aren't the greatest

Honestly, for your first minis, I'd say that these are pretty darn nice! Minus a few minor errors, your brush control is good, and your scheme is nice and effective.

Perhaps one thing you could try is to thin down your paints, since they're quite thick at the moment. Leaving them unthinned will blot out some of the model's details, and leave it looking messy. Rather than a single layer of unthinned paint, you can work up to the same colour consistency with two or three layers of thinned paint, and it'll look fantastic!

What do you call a lasgun with a laser sight? Twin-linked.

should I be doing the layers of the same color? Or should it be multiple layers if colors?

I agree with the above poster. Thin your paints and try washing and highlighting to make your models pop. Yes you do multiple layers of one color for each color.

I agree, thinned paints and work on highlights/shadows. But altogether for your fist models, I'd say you're off to a good start.

They look good. I agree with all the above and I would just say keep painting and watching tutorials on different techniques and you will find that with practice , improvement shall follow.
keep up the good work
