Hey guys,
I just picked up Kairos Fateweaver, 2 DPs, 20 Daemonettes, and a hellturkey at my FLGS, and have a LoC, Be'Lakor and 10 Cultists in the mail from the GW website. Before I made the purchase, I've used my buddy's models to try out the following list to great effect vs wolves with Nijal(pain in the arse) and Eldar. What do you think of my incarnation of the flying circus?
HQ:
Kairos Fateweaver(WL) = 300
Lord of Change Grimoire of True Names Lesser Reward(Staff of Change) ML3 = 295
CSM Daemon Prince ML3 Power Armour Wings Dimensional Key Tzeentch Spell Familiar The Black Mace = 380
Troops:
Daemonettes(10) Alluress = 95
Daemonettes(10) Alluress = 95
Cultists(10) 50
Fast Attack:
Heldrake(Baleflamer) 170
Heavy Support:
Soul Grinder of Chaos Slaanesh = 145
Soul Grinder of Chaos Slaanesh = 145
Fortifications:
Imperial Bastion = 75
Total: 1750
Plan: Deploy the big guys, keeping the troops and hellturkey(obviously) in reserve. Power up the mace prince(hoping for Forewarning from the LoC + grim), swoop him straight towards the nearest squishy, while the 2 birds stay just within maximum range to keep him buffed up. Get mace prince into combat and kill a model to unlock the key. It's a race to get this done before my reserves come in. No scatter DS them where they need to be and then run them into position. Hellturkey does what hellturkey pleases(i.e. hunt troops). Lots of vector striking and dakka-birding(Flickering Fire of Tzeentch), only gliding in for the easy kills for LoC and Kairos Fateweaver. With their rending Harvester Cannons, The Soul Grinders of Chaos are just tough and cheap back field enforcers/AA, that can also relocate alright with their +3" run. Bastion is there for LoS blocking and keeping the Cultists safe and deploy-able.
