anvil farseer 20 guardians 3 war walkers 7 rangers, hammer 6 jet bikes 5 warp spiders and 6 swooping hawks

my enemies are tau, chaos space marines, imperial guard (or whatever the hell there called now) and Ultramarines. There might be a Necron player and they will all most likely bring special characters.

Well, it's not anywhere near as nasty as you can go with a tournament Eldar list, so I don't know how it will deal with anyone really bringing a top-tier list, but anyways:

I'm guessing this is pretty much the models you have, are any options changable (magnetized weapons or anything?)?

What sort of powers will you be aiming for with the Farseer? Presumably he's sticking with the Guardians.
If you're going for Guide / Prescience then consider grouping the War Walkers into one group - they're more vulnerable and can only shoot one target, but a single Blessing affects the lot. Would use a different weapon setup if going that way though. Warp Spiders also benefit from Guide.
Invisibility / Puppet Master could work, Stealth + Shrouded in cover makes the Guardians survivable, PM for giggles, and Psychic Shriek has the same range as Catapults.

The Twilight Zone

What else you have at your disposal and weapon options would be helpful. With what you have, consider a spear on the seer. The 20 man guardian blob is decent with a psyker for support, depending on your powers.

The hawks don't need hit and run, they are mobile enough to usually avoid assaults. If they are caught by anything halfway decent in melee they are dead anyways. I would drop the hawks talon and spring for the sunrifle. Against guard, tau and the necrons you are likely to blind your target. Against the MEQ armies, you have AP3(even at low strength).

Don't run the warp spider exarch unless you don't have another stock spider and the tournament requires WYSIWIG.

The most important rule of 40K-Page XVII of the 6th edition rulebook, the figure at the top right of the page. "Shake hands with your opponent and thank them for a good battle and fun experience." Then go out for a beer.
