You can't count on killing one tank.
You have three guns for it, each has a range of 6" and effective range of 3".
Also, you can't mix codex powers with the BRB. Your best bet is either to take Shield and Fear of Darkness, or go wtih 2x Divination.
And know that DC isn't effective enough. You pay 600 points for a unit that may or may not destroy a single tank.
After that most of them will die to shooting. 3+ / 5+ cover / 5+ FnP isn't that effective against heavy fire.
Your next turn the enemy has either moved away from charge distance or charged you.
This concept has many flaws. Too many.
If I were you, I would do something like this:
Librarian w/ combi-melta
Brother Corbulo
5x ASM w/ melta and combi-melta
These inside a Drop Pod
+ Furioso Dreadnought with Frag Cannon&Heavy flamer in Drop Pod.
= 515 points
If you wish to take down infantry, drop Fragioso the first turn and take objectives with the ASM later.
If there's a nasty enemy tank, drop the Marines first.
Pop a tank (use Corbulo's single re-roll if you scatter too far away/fail with melta's).
After that, Corbulo will keep most of your guys alive.
