Well, with what you have there's a lot of interesting options. You have a good suite of our power casters, and some of our good beasts.

You could take this a lot of directions.

It would be easy to assemble an eHexeris list out of this.
You've got the infantry and beast load out to make eMakeda work well also.

Xerxis is amazing, but you don't have enough Medium Bases to really get the most out of him. Look into his Fist of Halaak tier list, it works for a reason.

What really matters is how many points are you looking to start with..

What I'd recommend here then would be a beast heavy take on either eMakeda or eHexeris.

eMakeda (-5)
Bronzeback (10)
Gladiator (8)
Krea (4)
Molik Karn (11)

Max. Nihilators (8)
Max. Swordsmen (6)
Max. Beast Handlers (3)

This totals up to about 45 points. I'd suggest adding onto this the Swordsman UA, and Aptimus Marketh.

To be fair, the proposed list will only put you so far. The lack of High Arm Infantry doesn't do many favors. Swordsmen aren't the best unit out there, and there's a general lack of synergy in the parts.

As a whole, I'd recommend investing in more of Skorne's support pieces and higher grade infantry so that there is no mixed issues or influences. Your beasts are good at creating a heavy armor skew, but if you have too much light infantry you wouldn't be able to push much in the attrition game.

Any of the three Warlocks you have on hand would love to have Cataphractii, Ancestral Guardians, a Tyrant Commander, and Marketh. Without that Makeda's probably the Warlock you're best-equipped to field; I wouldn't run her at 50 with that pile of Warbeasts since it's a little overboard on Fury and those are all beasts you like getting all their attacks instead of frenzying, but you could get a decent 35pt list out of it.

eMakeda (-5)
Bronzeback (10)
Molik Karn (11)
Krea (4)
Max. Swordsmen (6)
Min. Nihilators (5)
Max. Beast Handlers (3)

Comes to 34pts, you have the infantry to bubblewrap your beasts and tear up enemy infantry while you get Molik Karn and the Bronzeback close enough to shred whatever happens to annoy you.
