Been Around the Block

Hello to all.
Just joined this forum today mainly to get more info on the 40k side of gaming when I might need it. I have come from the Eurogamer forums where I was a mod for a few years and ended up making some great friends there who I still stay in contact with today.
I have always felt I am missing a good forum for all my 40k needs and stumbled across this one after a bit of looking.
I am fairly new to 40k as I've been learning while playing for nearly a year now, along with a friend that lives close to me - we try and get a game every Wednesday after work.
I am slowly building an Eldar force at the moment and looking forward to receiving my first ever Wraithlord through the post some time next week. Can't wait to get some painting put on that bad boy! Plus I've been lacking something to go toe to toe with my mate's Hellbrute.
I live in the south of England in the rural county of Wiltshire where the gaming scene seems to be slightly lacking but where there is a will there is a way.
