Been Around the Block






Hi all, Been meaning to subscribe for years and never got round to it, I'm a mainly a 40k player, dabbled with fantasy for a while but decided to concentrate on 40k. I completely lost interest over a year ago and went over to Flames of war for about 6 months, but the pull was too great and I returned to 40K. I used to do the tourny circuit but it got a little severe when I saw 2 grown men almost punch each other over half an inch? So I decided to concentrate on collecting. Been at it for over 20 years now (yes I remember buying RTB 01, Imperial Space Marines), rubbish gamer (never studied the rules enough and actually won the wooden spoon for coming last at one event) mediocre painter and modeler.

As you'd probably expect from somebody who's been at it for so long I have lots of models. I currently have 6x Marine Forces at various stages of completion Dark Angels, Templar's, Crimson Fists, Blood Angels, Space Wolves & Carcharodons (ranging from a 1k Army to a 4k plus one (with another 2 Armies planned), 4x Guard Armies ( Steel Legion, Cadian, Death Korps & Elysians again sizes vary, Sisters and Grey knights. If you hadn't already guessed I like the Imperium and love power armour?

Thats me in brief?
