I don't have much to offer here, mostly I'm hoping to purchase things at a cheaper rate than buying new. All prices are without shipping, the price of which will vary depending on your location.

What I have

Warhammer 40,000

Apocalypse Rulebook (Current/6th Edition), $50
- Book is in good condition, no marks or scratches that I'm aware of. Really only saw use a few times before I stopped playing Apoc.

Battle Missions, $20
- Same as above.

Apocalypse Strategic Asset Cards, $7.50
- Great condition, yet another thing that I just never used.

Codex: Blood Angels (5th Edition), $20
- Cover is lightly scratched (and it's hard to tell without shining light on it), otherwise the book is in good condition. No rips or tears.

(Also, on the off chance)

Warhammer 40,000: 6th Edition Rulebook, $25
- Okay condition. Binding is somewhat worn, and cover is a bit scratched from heavy use.

RPG Books

The Dresden Files RPG: Your Story, $30
- Good condition, no rips or tears.

The Dresden Files RPG: Our World, $25
- See above

GURPS RPG: Characters (4th Edition), $20
- See above

GURPS RPG: Campaigns (4th Edition), $20
- See above

What I want

I am looking to start a Dropzone Commander army, preferably on the cheap. I'm specifically looking for Scourge models, but since I've only played a couple of games with them, I don't really know what I like/dislike in terms of units (other than that I really don't see how Minders are all that useful). I definitely Warriors and Dropships, and I also need a copy of the rulebook along with a set of the Scourge commander cards, but aside from those specific things, I'm open to whatever you might have.

My Armies:
Kal'reia Sept Tau - Farsight Sympathizers
Da Great Looted Waaagh!
The Court of the Wolf Lords

The guy aboves scourge is a damn good deal, you get the deck (which is typically sold separately) the items from the base game PLUS a desolator commander.

also searching ebay for "dropzone commander" I see rulebooks for buy it now of 10.95

The plastic starter set that hawk just released is probably one of the best deals for starting scourge that you can get as well. It is about $55 from Hawk Wargames. Additional units you can add from miniature market, the warstore, or frontline gaming for good discounts.

That one's definitely on my watch list, thanks.

I was wondering, though, what exactly is the difference between the 1.0 rulebook and the 1.1 rulebook? I'm only concerned that if I buy the 1.0, I'll be buying a rulebook that's out of date, even if only slightly, and as a result I'll get the rules wrong.

If you buy the 1.0 you will need to download 3-4 pages for FAQ stuff free from HWG website. Other than that, 99% is the same. FYI- 1.1 came out w/ the new 2 player starter set last summer.
