Hello.
I have been collecting 40k stuff for around 10 years. I first started a blood angel army using the Battle for Macragge set. I quickly realized I preferred painting blue instead of red. So I repainted everything in Ultramarines colors. When Assault on Black Reach set came out, I started a small Ork army. During all of this time, I never actually played a game of 40k against another player. That changed 2 weeks ago when I went down to the local comic book store. I played a game with my Ultramarines against a Dark Eldar army. Lost by 2 points but had a lot of fun.

Hello and welcome! Although painting and modeling is fun, you should try playing the game some more! It brings your army that you work so hard on a purpose and the game itself is a fun tactical exercise and social event, with the right people.
