Invoice is sent now. I'll ship it as long as it gets paid by thursday, then I'll ship friday

I sent the payment not long after, I assumed things were set so I didn't think anything of it until a few days later.

well I've been trying to get my bank added to my paypal so I can actually accept the payment and paypal is determined to not let it happen.

Hey, so it has been more than a week since I have heard from you. Please get back to me before tuesday or I will be forced to escalate this in one way or another.


And that is where we are now. I have attempted to dispute the transaction with paypal through the website but since the money has not been accepted it is less than helpful. When I get the time I will have to call them and see what can be done.

Another week with no response. Transaction is still pending so there isn't anything I can do.

Call Paypal and they should be able to cancel the pending payment.

Make sure you call and not open a claim online. Just keep pressung buttons till you get a live person. I have always had great service on the phone.

Agreed. Their online assistance seems kinda poor but talking to a live person works beautifully.
