Since I've seen the Fire Raptor model (and, I admit, the rules) for my Dark Angels I've kind of wanted one.
Luckily I have the cash to spare, but with such an expensive model (which would be a center piece of my next army) I don't think I'm good enough yet in assembly and painting.
So I'm thinking about doing it as a commission... But the "big" painters seem either to be in oversea or the UK (or are so intimidatingly good I don't even dare ask), which is kind of bad in terms og shipping.
The only "renowned" one I currently am aware of is Awaken Realms. While their stuff is great, I sometimes wonder at the lack of certain details (non-drilled holes, no gap closing) and I don't like the somewhat strong use of OSL in their style.
So anyone got suggestions?

Oh and... more of a sidenote - wouldn't it really look somewhat silly to have this top-notch epic paintjob Fire Raptor sit on the table and right next to it my poor attempts at so called "painting"?

There's a lot of world class places in Poland, in particular. Chest of colors, Karol Rudyk Art, bohun, awaken realms, another really good one that posts on YouTube but whose name I've forgotten....
