Hi, I'm Scott from North Wales (UK). Mostly into modelling and painting but used to play a bit of epic and recently got a copy of dark vengeance and quite keen to start 40k. Plan to build on the Dark angels and chaos armies from the starter box but really want to build Eldar and Tau forces over the next year or so.

In my opinion, those are the 4 best armies in the 40k Univers.
Eldar are Tricky and beautiful
Dark Angels are Space Marine Jedis
Tau are just ridiculous on the tabletop..and look pretty badass
And chaos....well......who doesn't like a little bit of chaos now and again?

Haha true Chaos certainly does have an allure all of it's own!
It was thanks to the quality of the minis in dark vengeance that I got interested, they look great and I had to get them for painting but when I started reading the background of the dark angels that really put the hook in!
AS an Epic player though I was always about the Eldar and I still love their aesthetic. :-)
