So I have not yet played the game I am still on the fence, and I don't really have a computer able to play it yet (PC being fixed)




All I have been told is that IGN's review is really bad of this game and does not address alot of things.

So this is a horror game and It is suppose to be unforgiving.

Looks like the only game I've seen that really captures the atmosphere of the original (and best) movie.

Opinions seem to be almost universally positive from those who have played it.

I have pre-ordered the 360 version, hopefully it will arrive tuesday.

The IGN one seems to be the lowest, looking at Metacritic across reviewers you've got high 70's/80's.

I think if you're just a general game fan, with no specific interests in Aliens, then I suppose you have to just weigh positives and negatives.
If you're an Alien nut like myself however there looks like more than enough in the reviews that have come so far to make this an essential purchase.

Actually, this is the excuse I've been waiting for to get myself a PS4 - can imagine this with a decent pair of headphones in a darkened room being bloody awesome.
