Subject: New to the hobby and starting my first army

Hello,
I am a relatively new member of the hobby having only dabbled on and off with a few bits of model making, currently i do not know how to play the game and i am planning to start a smallish Ork army to hopefully change that.
I will most likely start a project blog at some point as the modelling is my favorite part of the hobby and it might give me a boost towards getting an army ready to play a few games with.
Any ork players please check out my army list post for advice on a good starting army build.
