You could probably pick up Neferata from a bits seller. If i'm looking at the sprue pics correctly she doesn't appear to be attached to the throne. There's also the Vampire handmaidens from the Coven throne. Then I'm sure the actual horse would be much easier to find as GW has loads that fit the bill.

That's brilliant - I think coven throne handmaidens would work perfectly for side saddle
