After IG conversions I have some empire militia and woodland elves miniatures/bits left
So, decided to make Morheim warband
But I don't have any expirience. Please help me to make list.
How about this:
Mercenary captain, crossbow, sword
Champion, bow, sword
Champion, bow, mace
Youngblood, mace
Youngblood, mace
Marksmen, blunderbuss, long bow, mace
Marksmen, crossbow, mace
Marksmen, crossbow, mace
Marksmen, crossbow, mace
Tilean Marksmen
And what about uniform/clothes? What Reiklanders should be looks like? Hunters? Town civilians? What colors they wear?

Go over to yaktribe. You'll probably get more interest there. Wish I could help but I haven't played this awesome game in many years :-(

There's a forum there that's very active for all games. I go there more often than dakka because I mostly play necromunda & gorkamorka.

Nice looking models. Keep posting.
With regard to your color question - iirc, Reikland is primarily white or cream uniforms, with the secondary color (the slashes of the puffy sleeves, for example) a different color - usually by company.
If you can get your hands on any of the older Empire army books, there will be lots of reference photos.
With regard to your list, are you playing in a campaign? A lot of the list building depends on whether you're playing in a 'competitive' league, or in a 'role-playing' league.
In general, for new bands, you don't want to hire hirelings, because they drain money you'll need for equipment and replacing casualties. Henchmen are better because they might become heroes and gain better/more skills.
The other thing is that Reikland gives you a +1 BS, right? I'd recommend bows to crossbows initially, since you get to move and shoot. The crossbows are good at s4, but expensive and limit your mobility.
Hope that helps.

started to paint them
white uniform seems to be official state troops color, so I desided to use blue and red, as capital city colors is

no idea, I never played Morheim or FB before

I will add one more bowman. I already have one bowman marksman and 2 bows on champions, so crossbowman can move, covered with other's fire. maybe...

This is a bit of a bump, but I'm playing Mordheim right now too so I wanted to weigh in on this.
Your list does look good. I would maybe try to take out a model or two and equip some more men with armour. The thing with Mordheim is that it's much harder to hit and kill in combat, with everything being pretty average stats of 3 or 4. Gear costs mean that if you want the easy 2+ to wound with great weapons then probably can't afford decent armour saves on that model or if you do go whole hog it cost a ton.
I suggest starting with a Leader, maybe two other heroes and then about 4 or 5 henchmen. The great thing about Mercenaries is their Youngbloods, which for 15 crowns are pretty expendable and if they level up, well then great! Even if they get taken out they can still gain benefits from the serious wounds table. For Reikland in particular you'll want to invest in Marksmen armed with some form of missile weapon of course, but don't forget that gear costs a lot so they will either need protection in the form of armour or companions to fight beside them.
By starting out as large as you have you run the risk of not getting enough crowns for your wyrdstone, which will make equipping your men all the harder.
Just my thoughts! Sorry for the bump!
