No restriction on armies or casters.

Technically there is a limit on number of players, but it would be several times that of my highest turnout for a generic monthly tournament and has never been an issue so it's not something I worry about.

The league is already started, sign ups closed, and pairings for it decided, with this tournament scheduled to happen at the end of the last week of it. Entry fee for this is only for this and if you're not in the league it's a normal tournament, albeit one with a smaller army size than usual. If you are in the league, and you haven't completed all your achievements on your sheet yet, games in this tournament will qualify for any that you can fulfill.
