Well looks like the Mo Starter A good start for MO and you wll lean on those Order Sgts a lot. I have a couple of aux bots and I like to make all my Order Sgts Specalist Sgts.

I mean, when they're your only source of MSV or camo in the sectorial...

Also I see you're using the ARMY4 website that hasn't been updated yet
you should use the PDFs in "Archives" on the official website, or something like http://www.imbuegames.com/infinity.aspx or the Aleph toolbox that are good stop-gap measures

Had my first game using the MO starter (165pts versus the Nomads from Icestorm) yesterday. MVP was definitely the sniper Order Sergeant, he did a lot of work that game (took down the Brigada and the Reverend Healer).
