Well, here I go again. I've got a new idea for a fandex - Humans that aren't GEQ or MEQ! Yeah, this'll fail.
FLUFF
Spoiler:
When the Emperor and his Great Crusade reached the planet of Ucorix, the population was purged. Colonized during M20, the population soon forgot their God-Emperor, and started worshipping their own gods. This was seen as heresy, and a planet-wide massacre started. A few lucky millions escaped, and fled to Ustrade, an abandoned planet which had not yet been touched by the Imperium. When news of the Horus Heresy reached the planet, the population rejoiced - the Emperor who had killed their friends, family and brethren. For 10 000 years, the planets inhabitants lived in harmony, happily not knowing about the Imperiums conquests.
In the year of 769 M41, the first signs of an incoming Imperial force were seen. An Imperial Navy was spotted just a few hundred light years away, on their way to Ustrade. Almost the entire population prepared for war. They wanted revenge. Thousands of years of trading and fighting with alien races had given them access to huge weapons, made by both man and xeno.
GODS
Spoiler:
The Ustradean people worship many gods, amongst these are 4 that are so strong, they can influence the warriors who pray to them.
Kelil, God of Faith Those who worship Kelil put faith to him and their brethren in first place. These warriors are often the first to volunteer for battles, and will do anything to protect one another.
Units who worship Kelil have +1 Initiative.
Olial, God of Purity Those who put their faith in Olial spend their entire lives cleaning their souls and preparing for battle. They are the most radical of their strange religion, and they are proud of that. To die in battle for their gods is the greatest honour one can get.
Units who worship Olial have +1 Leadership, and the Rage special rule.
Kenith, God of Anger There are some who still feel the intense hatred against the Imperium that their ancestors did. They will perform great purges, killing everyone who doesn't worship any of the 4 gods. They're so ferocious in combat, even their allies fear them.
Units who worship Kenith always run 6 inches. They also have the Rage special rule.
Reidin, God of Desire Some feel the urge for pleasure greater than any other needs. These people will do anything to convert people to Reidin, even going as far as torturing them to let them feel 'pleasure'.
Units who worship Reidin pass Leadership tests on a 3+.

Scavenged armour that's equivalent to Imperial Carapace?
Randomly T4? How and why?
Slug Guns? Are they shooting metal-eating gastropods at relativistic speeds? How do you justify bolter strength?
These look less like humans and more like some kind of super-sniper ork tribe.
