Upon checking the GW shop today, a window popped up, asking me to answer a few on the shop, and how I feel it is at the moment. I gladly accepted, and went to begin answering it after leaving, whereafter it sadly died out

Anyway, I was under the impression that GW didn't do market research? Is this a new thing then, for GW to ask for our opinion in this, or have I just missed out?

Most probably part of the contract with the company which made their (extremely expensive ) webstore (It's not really a website any more ).

The survey is about the website.
There's nothing in there about GW or their stuff.
You didn't miss much by losing the window.
