Subject: What do Imperium armies think of each other?
I'm not really caught up on several years of fluff at the minute for 40k that i missed but as far as i remember Adeptus Astartes chapters always felt they were the more superior compared to the regular human forces like Imperial Guard. But what do they think of Adepta Sororitas? Inquisition will use sisters as a back up force because of their high amount of faith. Imperial Guard just seem scared of everyone else and follow orders. In books they even seem to take orders from sisters although they might have some dirty conversations about them behind their backs.
So are Space Marines "We are better than everyone else" in all cases? Anyone on the Imperial side hate anyone else? Well i imagine everyone but Adepta Sororitas hates the Inquisition because they seem pretty happy to kill anyone who so much as looks at them funny on the same side.

Space Marines views on everyone is is going to vary WIDELY from chapter to chapter. some chapters have very good opinions of normal humans, (Salamanders for example) others view them with complete contempt. (the Marines Malevolent)
Opinions are not facts please don't confuse the two

Not everyone hates the inquisition - it depends on their history with them.
Also note that there isn't really such a thing as 'the inquisition' - each inquisitor is as unique as the various space marine chapters.
Some chapters and certain inquisitors get along very well. In fact certain chapters - the Red Hunters and the Red Scorpions are two good examples - are amongst the Inquisition's first choices for backup in tricky situations and get along very well with the Ordos.
Equally, the Inquisition has its radicals and they'll have appropriate allies. Xanthite inquisitors and the Relictors Space Marines have a lot in common.

Arrogant and can't do their jobs even HALF as well as they claim to be able to.
That's the view of every military body thinking of every OTHER military body in 40k. It only changes when you get down to Private Gonna-Die-By-Page-36 who sees everything with awe and holy reverence. But since they always die, we are left with 'Well they aren't half as good as WE are!'.

you of course can provide examples of Imperial Guardsmen whom say this about Space Marines

There was a Colonel talking to/about Chaplain Cassius referring to Astartes as a wild card that couldn't be counted on to hold the line with the rest of the Guardsmen. I think that was in a Battle Novel. That was resolved with the Commanding Officer having fought with Cassius before and Cassius being more humble than most others and deferring to a normal human for the overall plan.
More than a few of the arrogant Regiments, Bluebloods, Vostroyans, Cadians, that sort, have been more than reluctant to have Astartes help preferring the might of humans and weight of bodies. Sadly I don't have titles for you because I'm not going to go through all my books in storage trying to find when 40k fluff wasn't just about the Heresy and random Space Marine battles.

Dark Angels are..tolerant of Astra Militarum personnel. Takes a lot for them to respect them though. And Asmodai.. well he's just a jerk to everyone full stop. And bat gak crazy.

It is very dependent on which regiment or which chapter we are talking about. There is no real rules that would work for all marine chapters or all Astra regiments.
"Our fantasy settings are grim and dark, but that is not a reflection of who we are or how we feel the real world should be. [...] We will continue to diversify the cast of characters we portray [...] so everyone can find representation and heroes they can relate to. [...] If [you don't feel the same way], you will not be missed"

who cares what the other units think about you..so long as everyone fights the same enemy and refrains from being a liability..it aint no ice cream social..pats on the back and atta boys..its war, not a popularity contest.
The SoB, at least some orders, dont really like the BA and their successor's. Don't like the Sallie's because of ritual's. Think the IG are weak minded.
No one likes the Inquisition.

Space Marines frenquently hold normal human in contempt (at least in normal circomstances, Salamanders are notable exceptions). They almost always end up respecting the common soldier because of his bravery, skills and efficency, but is usually reluctant to admit it openly from the start. It's a bit of an Astartes tradition. At first you disrespect them a little bit because they needed your help. Then you realise the battle is indeed rather tough. Then you recognise that they did well on their own and where usefull to you and maybe saved your skin.
Imperial Guards soldiers are spitfull (war isn't funny at all). They hate everybody. Astartes because they are Angels of Death that make them look like chumps half the time or arrive just at the right spot with great weapon to clame victory while they eat dirt and blood. They hate Scions because they are like them, but much more carefully handled and deployed, better equipped and sooooo frustrating to talk to. they hate Sisters because they talk like pre-programmed psalm machine, think that seeing your best friend gutted by an ork to be a good thing because he died for the Imperium and consider you like some sort of barbarian. The only exception would Sister Hospitalier. They are great because they heal you, take care of you, are gentle and polite, most of them are really cute. The only problem is that they don't lay (except maybe this one because the sergeant best buddy cousin in the other regiment says he saw I guy who did it).
SoB think Space Marines are unrealiable and untrustworhty because of their tribal organisation (the Chapter), but has great warriors. They think individual Imperial Guardsmen lack resolve, training, faith and equipment to win any battle against the worst ennemy of mankind and don't like to mingle with them because many are rude, crass, irreverent and lustfull. But will admit that their courage and sacrifice was heartlifting and needs to be remembered.
Scions have only one thing to say: «What's my target sir/lord?» the rest is just noise that can be ignored. Doesn't matter if you are Space Marine, Sister of Battle, Cadian, Mordian, Joe from Springfield county defence commity or enven a allied xenos. They will do their job and that's it. If Scions where in Games of Throne their motto and favorite saying would be «Valar Morghulis».
That's my two cents

Don't lay what, eggs?
You have to remember, not all IG are male. There's female troopers as well. But yea, I mostly agree with your post.

My hands. They, too, are golden.

Depends. Some Astartes look down on Guardsmen, while others respect them greatly. Same goes for every else military group in the Imperium. You can't really say that "faction x hates faction y".
When push comes to shove, they all stand side-by-side, no matter what they think of each other.

Of course I am aware that many guard regiment are composed of both men and women and many are composed of women only. The last part was for the sake of a bad joke. Apologies if it offended you.

Nah, no need to apologize. It didn't offend me but did it make me go
