I have a tournament in a few days, but I am still somewhat limited in my fleet building options. Here is what I am thinking of running:

• Assault Frigate Mark II A - Assault Frigate Mark II (81) - Mon Mothma (30) - Electronic Countermeasures (7) - Enhanced Armament (10) - Gallant Haven (8)

• CR90a Corellian Corvette - CR90 Corellian Corvette (44) - Leia Organa (3)

• CR90a Corellian Corvette - CR90 Corellian Corvette (44)

• Tycho Celchu A-wing Squadron - A-wing (16)

• A-wing Squadron - A-wing (11)

• X-wing Squadron - X-wing (13)

• X-wing Squadron - X-wing (13)

• Y-wing Squadron - Y-wing (10)

• Y-wing Squadron - Y-wing (10)

The plan is basically for the CR90s to quickly race behind the enemy to get some easy shots, while the Assault Frigate will advance more slowly with most of the fighters (who will be helped by Gallant Haven) and then launch them at whatever it is attacking to maximize damage. Thoughts?

You can save some points there in a few areas:

If you're bringing Mon Mothma and are using the CR90's to hit the enemy's rear, you should be able to bring CR90b's and get within firing range and still have the full protection of your evade tokens. Also, if you're using Gallant Haven to protect fighters, you can (and should) bring the AF MkII B, as it can control 3 flights with the squadron command, allowing you to use Tycho, A-Wing, and an X-Wing to quickly take out any kind of fighter threat, or to hit with both Y-Wings and an X-Wing.

With the points saved, I calculated that you'd be able to add Dodonna's Pride to one CR90, Overload Pulse to the other, and add Expanded Hangars to the Gallant Haven. This new build should allow you to hit the enemy rear hard with your CR90s, quickly squish Imperial Ace/Bomber threats while keeping your bombers save, and hit weakened Imperial ships hard with Haven + bombers.

This is just my suggestion though. If you feel you need to keep your CR90s at a much safer distance and/or need the added anti-ship and anti-squadron firepower, go ahead and use the fleet you already posted.

I have actually been thinking of using the B version of both ships, and I think you have convinced me to.

I had not thought of putting overload pulse on one CR90, and I was a bit worried about their damage potential, so that combined with Dodonna's Pride might help a lot, even if they are only medium range.

As for the Assault Frigate, I choose the A for the better anti-fighter, but looking at the amount of fighters I have taken, that is likely unnecessary, while its focus is also meant to be on anti-ship so it should not be shooting fighters, so I think I will go with the B for the greater fighter command ability.
