I'm concerned that not all old models are available, i have no even saw or heard of empire captains and i have not saw any scrolls for battle wizards and battle wizard lords. Even on the website i cannot find the scrolls for them.

Is there any reason for this.

Empire Battle Wizards are on page 27 of the Empire Warscroll PDF.

Battle Wizards Lords and Captains are addressed on the last page and count as Battle Wizards and Generals respectively.
