Hey guys the warriors of chaos warscroll has me confused do all the warriors have to be armed the same or not :/

Yes.

The warscroll says "Chaos Hand Weapon" and if you arm your warriors with that they can have whatever weapon they choose in their hand. Some could have an axe, others a sword or a club or somerhing else. They all count as Chaos Hand Weapon.

But you can not combine warriors with hand weapons and warriors with a greatblade in the same unit.
