I purchased something from it a while ago and had received the email saying it's been sent on the 22nd of august, it's now the 14th of September and it still hasn't shown up. So I tried to access their website but I got a 403 message. I then replied back to the "package sent" email in the vain hope that it may be seen. Should I just be attempting to take back my money through paypal, or have you guys purchased from here before and experienced long sending times. Hoping it's not a scam, hope to hear some good news soon.

If you can't get a response from them by the time the mandatory PayPal waiting period is over, I'd start a dispute with PP. They'll have an opportunity to respond, and it takes months to get your money back anyways.

phew, so I may be able to find a legitimate email address yet.

I used that store a few times.
It is based in Germany as far as I know and they always delivered within a few days. Only had minor orders of a few bits, but never any trouble... so they at least WERE legit.
However I'd think that about 2-3 Weeks is quite acceptable for a sending from Germany to Australia. Give it a few more days I'd say.

Right, I got it mixed up with another store

I thought it was in melbourne
