Hey, guys, I was wondering if the Space Wolves can field units from the Space Marines Codex, since that one has a lot of options that the SW have no equivalent of.
I'm not talking about Chaplains or Techmarines, which the Wolves do have in their own way, but things like Centurions or Whirlwinds.

Only way I think this is possible is to run them as allies.

Sure, but to stay bound you'd have to fit it into a Force Organisation Chart (FOC) or formation.

If you just want a whirlwind you could take a space marine allied detachment of cheap troops, HQ and then your whirlwind, or you could take a suppression force formation which forces you to take a landspeeder and a unit of 2 whirlwinds minimum but with perks. Those are the cheapest ways.

Alternatively don't give a cr*p and just go unbound and take whatever you want.
